This Porsche 928 GTS is a well-preserved example of the refined V8-powered modern classic grand tourer, benefiting from a recent major service, and boasting the rare GTS specification.   Under the bonnet sits a naturally aspirated 5.4-litre V8, delivering around 345bhp to the rear wheels via a four-speed automatic transmission.   This right-hand drive example was originally a South Africa-delivered model, though it is understood to have spent time in Brunei, before being imported and first registered in the UK in April 2006.  The car has now had three UK-based registered keepers, and the odometer indicates 22,830 Kms, EQUIPMENT AND FEATURES   The GTS variant represented the final evolutionary stage of the 928, which featured an uprated engine, new alloy wheels, flared rear wheel arches, a rear reflector panel, and a body-coloured rear spoiler.   This example is finished in the sleek shade of Black Pearl Effect over a black leather-trimmed interior.  It rides on the correct set of 17-inch ‘Cup’ alloy wheels, framing gloss-black brake callipers and shod in Pirelli P Zero Rosso tyres.   The factory specification includes pop-up headlights, an electric sunroof, a top-tinted windscreen, a heated rear screen, electrically adjustable front seats, a Porsche CDR-210 stereo, automatic air conditioning, and front and rear fog lights.   This example now features uprated Clif Designs speakers.   The car comes with a space-saver spare wheel, a jack, tools, a Porsche-branded tyre compressor, the owner’s manuals with a black leather wallet, two keys, spare keys, the partially stamped service booklet, a copy of 911 Porsche and Classic Sports Car magazines, the original sales brochures, MOT certificates, the UK registration documents, and a folder with information sheets.
