The M4 CS is the recipient of a number of weight saving options over the standard and Competition models. The bonnet has a large air vent positioned ahead of the power dome to draw cooling air through the new front apron, itself featuring a larger air intake. Manufactured from carbon fibre-reinforced plastic, the CSs bonnet is 25 per cent lighter than an M4s bonnet. Theres also a carbon fibre front splitter and, as with all M4s without sunroofs, the roof skin is made from the same material. At the rear theres a gurney rear spoiler and a diffuser both formed from carbon fibre. All this combined with the lighter front seats and naked door cards from the GTS, means the new CS is 32kg lighter (1580kg) than an M4 fitted with a DCT gearbox. Inside you can still feel the quality from Bmw but you can instantly recognise that there's a definite lean towards this being a special car, the seats retain their heated electric memory function but you know they're lighter and they feel superb finished in half Alcantara with M stripes in the headrests. The Alcantara makes its way to the steering wheel, door cards and centre consul which really gives the interior a sporting touch. Don't get alarmed thinking Bmw have striped the car bare inside, you're still treated to pro navigation, climate control, DAB radio, Apple car play prep, HUD, pdc with reverse camera assist, cruise control with brake function, adaptive lights, power fold mirrors and extended leather dash. If you were starting to get concerned it was losing the sporting edge with all those creature comforts the CS logo on the dash reminds you once again that this is a performance masterpiece from Bmw. The cabin of this car in our opinion is sensational. Externally the White paintwork is in excellent condition, the lightweight forged alloys, 19 inch on the front and 20 inch on the rear give the car a menacing stance, the carbon front splitter, rear diffuser and gurney rear spoiler all finished in Carbon fibre and quad tailpipes finish the mouth watering package. Currently showing 45,675 miles supported by a 6 stamp history comprising 5 Main Dealer and 1 Specialist visits it's been looked after as it should. Showing PDI at 20 miles, running in service at 1,122 miles then further services at 1,286 miles, 10,512 miles, 16,892 miles and most recently at the current mileage (45,675) where it was serviced by the team here at Priddy's along with a full vehicle check this stunning car is ready for a new owner to enjoy. Although he loved the exclusivity, the styling and Club Sport theatre in the cabin. He took it out and came back with a huge grin, trying to work out why it's so much more agile, the turn in is that much sharper and essentially when driving spiritedly so much more track focused which if he didn't read the spec beforehand is what he would expect from an M CAR - CS MODEL.
