Sitting between the three-litre straight-six and five-litre V8, the silky smooth 4.2 provides a different experience for drivers. This car has been known to SLSHOP since 2017, having spent most of its life on Jersey. In our time working with classic Mercedes-Benz we have seen a number of high calibre cars with that distinctive Jacksons of Jersey stamp on the Pre Delivery Inspection page of the service book, and once again this is a premium example that began life on the island. The first 6 stamps in the book are all from Jersey, up until 1998. The record continues in 2007, with the car covering just 3,000 miles that decade before arriving at SLSHOP in the summer of 2017. Undergoing significant improvement works with us that year, the car has been in private ownership ever since and only used sparingly. Since it first adorned our showroom, the odometer has only gained 2,500 miles. Used and enjoyed sparingly by the current keeper, it is now time for this fine car to be enjoyed by a new custodian.
