Offered for sale in a Carhuna auction, ending at 19:00 GMT January 29th. This particular Ford Mustang was built in 1968 at the New Jersey plant, finished in Lime Green and fitted with the optional 'S-Code' engine and featuring a factory-fitted limited-slip differential. Some modifications have been made to the Mustang during its life most notably a change a full professional re-spray in 2001 to a very tasteful Presidential Blue with accompanying hardtop finished in the same hue. Further modifications include fitment of a Shelby California trunk, taillights, side air-intakes and bonnet brackets as well as a Detroilt 'NoSPIN' locking differential and a new steering wheel. The car also been fitted with a Flowmaster exhaust system and a suspension lowering kit. Our vendor reports that the original trunk, steering wheel, lights and other components still accompany the car should they choose to return the vehicle back to its original specification.The black leatherette interior presents well for its age, with wood trim throughout the interior. The car sits on GT steel wheels with BFGoodrich Radial T/A tyres. As is expected of a car of this age, there are a couple of minor scratches to the bodywork - please refer to the photo gallery for further details. The original build sheet accompanies the car alongside various invoices, parts receipts and inspection documents. This Mustang's most recent routine maintenance was carried out in October 2024 at an indicated 32,288 km by Coast Classica Marbella consisting of an engine oil and filter change, as well as a gearbox refresh. Prior to this, it was serviced in January 2023 at an indicated 31,000 km, which was an engine oil and filter service by the current owner.
