This book, designed by Hans Marderseig, was printed in the autumn of 1939 at the Officina Bodoni, Verona, In Centaur type. The paper was made by Enrico Magnani, Pescia. The stones from which the coloured lithographs were printed have been ground. The edition consist of twelve hundred numbered copies of which Nos. 1-30 were signed. This copy is number 352. In original pictorial cloth with red label to the spine. Dust-wrapper in fine condition with additional transparent jacket. In original cloth numbered slipcase.
