12mo leather bound book shows wear with a possible recased spine ( split on front spine). Front board appears reglued with FFE stuck to front paste down at gutter. Edge of FFE and first fold of map are repaired. 356 pages with last endpapers missing. Pages are tanned with light foxing and more tanning at edges, very readable. The Appendix runs from 259 to 356.
