This book is in good condition. There are no signatures, bookplates, or markings of any kind. he book is bound in full tan leather binding with gilt lettering to the spine. All edges gilt. There is some rubbing and light wear to the outside boards. The book is stamped in the front by its binder, Riviere and Son. There is some light foxing. This is a First printing/First Printing of this book, done by Macmillan and Co in 1872. It has the first issue spelling error of "Wade" for Wabe" on page 21. The original Red front cover, rear cover and spine is bound in the rear. A hard to find First edition of Carroll's classic work.
