Small, closed tear at one corner of front board, along seam to front paste down. Hinge is starting to crack at front paste down but is still fully attached. Hinge cracked at pp. 161 and 177 but, still attached. Hinge cracked at back paste down page, six inches remain fully attached. Previous owner's name has been written on the first free end page. Small, black stain on copyright page. Stamp on black ink by a previous owner on title page. Otherwise in very good condition.
