Book 1: A very good plus, tight, clean copy in very good plus, slightly nicked and rubbed, unfaded, price-clipped dustwrapper which has a very short, closed tear to the top of the rear panel. Book 2: A very good plus, tight, clean copy in very good plus, slightly nicked and rubbed, very slightly faded dustwrapper which has a very short, closed tear to the top of the rear panel and a longer closed tear to the front panel. Book 3: Neat ink name else a very good plus, tight, clean copy in very good, slightly nicked and rubbed, price-clipped dustwrapper which is slightly foxed and has a couple of short, closed tears. Book 4: Neat pencil name else a very good plus, tight, clean copy in very good, slightly marked, nicked, chipped and rubbed, price-clipped and spine-faded dustwrapper which is slightly foxed, has a couple of closed tears and has been repriced by the publisher. Book 5: A very good plus, tight, clean copy which is slightly faded to the edges of the boards and bumped in very good, faded, slightly spotted and rubbed dustwrapper which has a very minor neat repair to the reverse of the dustwrapper. Book 6: Near fine in very good indeed, slightly rubbed but bright and clean dustwrapper which has a couple of short, closed tears and minor loss to the edges. Book 7: Slight spotting to the endpapers else a very good plus, tight, clean copy in a very good indeed, slightly spotted dustwrapper which is a little foxed, with a small amount of rubbing and wear to the edges. Book 8: First edition. Inscription to front free endpaper else a very good plus, tight, clean copy in very good, nicked, chipped and rubbed dustwrapper. Book 9: Near fine in near fine, bright, clean, unfaded, price-clipped dustwrapper which is slightly creased and rubbed to the spine. Book 10: First edition. Slight toning to the pages due to the paper stock else a near fine, tight, clean copy in very good plus, price-clipped dustwrapper which is slightly rubbed and has a couple of short, closed tears. Book 11: First edition. Near fine in near fine, slightly creased and rubbed dustwrapper. Overall, a very good plus, bright, clean set. Complete early sets are now scarce, especially in this condition.
