One of 200 copies, this one un-numbered and with the scarcer green cloth spine, apparently used for the out-of-series copies for the author and publisher (Gallup A19; Cloud A9b). The text is in the assumed second state, with the Table of Contents page corrected and with an upside-down `p' for the `d' in "age-old" in line 16 of p.12. Slight darkening to spine, minimal wear to boards - a nice copy of an important (and now scarce) book.
