The etching has been hand-printed by Bacon & Bacon, Allendale, on Zerkall natural white mould-made, cotton content paper. The endpapers have been printed on Fabriano Tiziano paper by Full Spectrum Print Media, Basildon. The limited page has been printed letterpress on Hahnemuhle Ingres paper by the Logan Press, Wellingborough, Northamptonshire, and foil-blocked the Havana paper case sides. The book has been hand-bound in vellum blocked in 22-carat gold, with vellum tips, by The Fine Book Bindery, Wellingborough, Northamptonshire.
