Bookplate of Frank J. Farrell to front pastedown. Few marginal smudges, old bookseller's note in pencil to rear endpaper else clean internally. Boards worn and rubbed through at corners and bottom edge. Evidence of minor adhesive repair at spine ends of rear joint. Some soiling to boards, spine cocked. Presented with a correct 4th printing jacket which is nicely preserved and shows some rubbing and soiling. A very good copy.
