A very nice looking nearly fine copy with slight forward lean, bumped front corners, and a touch of sunning to spine, top edge is darkened and with a soil spot. Fold out map has a 3" tear that has been professionally repaired.

King Solomon's Mines is a novel by the English writer H. Rider Haggard, first published in 1885. It is one of the first English adventure novels set in Africa, and is considered to be the genesis of the 'Lost World' literary genre.
