Ads dated September 1854; no priority as per BAL 20106. Includes Map of Walden Pond by Thoreau. Publisher's blind-stamped brown cloth with gilt lettering to spine, original yellow endpapers. A Very Good copy in original form. Gilt remains bright, and clear. Some fade marks on cover, and periodic spots on pages throughout volume; minimal foxing. Some bending on front cover. Binding is tight with a few internal cracks not affecting structure. More photos available upon request.
