First Edition of the author-artist's only novel. Bookplate; some cloth spots; very good in the rare printed dust jacket. There is a small rectangular cut-out in the center of the spine, presumably where a price was printed; the bottom quarter-inch is chipped, affecting the imprint, else minor wear and tear. All books described as first editions are first printings unless otherwise noted.
