SIGNED first edition, with publishing date 1952 on title and copyright page. Book very good, some edge wear, minor soiling on rear cover, former owner's address sticker on front free end paper. Dust jacket very good, price-clipped, some minor wear and tanning. Comes with an envelope from the Historic Preservation with a printed cable car and stamp on it from the first day issue.
