A first edition, first printing published by Gollancz in 1935. A fine book marred only by the light spotting to the top edge. No inscriptions. Neat Book Society bookplate to the front pastedown. The near fine wrapper has a small nick to the front fold. The spine is minutely sunned. A superb copy and the best we have seen.
