INSCRIBED BY AUTHOR? Octavo. 336 pages and 8 full-page plates by Sydney Lucas complete as called for. The book has been sometime neatly re-backed saving the front fly-leaf which bears the inscription, " In all Innocence to His Reverence Father Mcgintty, 28th August 1911". This inscription does not carry a signature. However, we have studied the handwriting in detail, and we are confident it is that of the author. Please view the attached image. There are three leaves with the top right hand corner missing - once more, please see the image provided. These have been strengthened with archival tissue and there is no loss of text. The book is now protected in a removable acetate jacket.
