Small scrapes on the surface of the front and rear of the boards. Tiny brown stain affecting the very tips of pages 13 to 20. Very small light stain on bottom of page edges. Otherwise a near Fine copy of the book. The jacket has excellent colouring with no fading to the spine. There is some rubbing along the edges with a tiny nick in the centre of the top edge of the front panel where there is also a small piece missing from the surface of the laminate. Another tiny closed tear at the bottom of the front flap. Light rippling to laminate down the left hand side of the front panel but no damage to the surface. First printing.

Crash is a novel by English author J. G. Ballard, first published in 1973. It is a story about symphorophilia; specifically car-crash sexual fetishism: its protagonists become sexually aroused by staging and participating in real car-crashes.
