A rare copy of the 1924 first British edition of Frost's Pulitzer Prize winning collection of poetry in the original dust wrapper. One of just 150 copies issued and bound from the U.S. first edition sheets with the cancel title page listing Grant Richards Ltd. St. Martins Street as the publisher and the words 'Printed in the United States of America' on the verso. Condition: 8vo. 113 pages This copy is bound in quarter tan linen cloth over light grey paper-covered boards with black spine print. The contents are printed on untrimmed white wove paper with decorated endpapers, brown topstain and featuring three woodcut illustrations by J. J. Lankes. A small bump to the lower rear corner and spine tips with light wear to edges and light soiling to the cloth. Boards are slightly cocked. The dust jacket has caused some uniform toning to the endpapers as often seen on these copies.
