Red morocco, double gilt fillet and border around the covers, gilt pomegranate fleurons in the center and at the corners, restored flat spine decorated in the same way, blue endpapers, gilt edges. Eighteenth century binding. First edition of Ptolemy's geography edited by Michael Servetus in Lyons in 1535. It is rare.
