The size of the print run comes from the publisher's records, which a British collector shared with me. Very good in orange wrappers (paperback). Page edges with minor finger soiling; minor creasing to the covers, and a previous owner's name on the inside front cover. A very good or better copy. PROVENANCE: The Tom Garner collection.
