[vi], 457 pp. Bound in publisher's maroon cloth with silver foil band at center printed in black. Very Good with light lean to binding, cloth lightly worn at corners and spine ends and with several small stains, light wear to silver foil band. Crease to cloth at rear and discoloration to bottom corner. Remnants of bookplate on front pastedown and blind stamp of former owner on front free endpaper. Small split at bottom edge of half-title page; contents slightly toned with minor instances of foxing and top corner slightly bumped. Hinge at 457pp over-opened with small tear to bottom margin.
