(xvi) [2] 120 (iv) 20 [2] 21-40 [2] 41-50 [2] 55-83 [3]pp, variant with the register letter D missing on D1 (a very early printing?), "Pomona" has separate dated title page, pagination, and register. It has an extra leaf inserted after C4 bearing Evelyn's "Animadversion" and after F2 bearing "Sir Paul Neile's second paper", "Kalendarium hortense", has separate dated title page printed in red and black with "printed by J. Macock" in imprint; pagination and register are continuous with "Pomona", the errata leaf is bound before page 1 rather than at the end as usual, contemporary calf (very worn with loss of leather, rebacked, recornered and re-edged in 20th century leather, boards slightly bowed), a few leaves have light staing in the top margin, there is some worming in the fore-margin of the last 3 leaves of "Pomona" and the whole of "Kalendarium Hortense", the last 4 leaves have minor stains, creasing and fraying, there is a small light stain on p.38 of "Pomona", modern woodcut bookplate by Andy English on front pastedown, folio (29x19cm), Henrey 132, ESTC T12326.
