Overall the book , while still showing signs of use and occasional finger soiling, is now a solid, firmly bound VG+. Enclosed in a custom clamshell case designed to partially duplicate the design of the original jacket. Laid in, in a purpose made envelope is the original publisher's contract from a Portuguese publisher, INITIALED ( twice) and SIGNED by the author, REX STOUT. The contract grants the company the right to publish "FER-DE-LANCE" in Portuguese.
