A very good first edition with the "A" on the copyright page and a very good original "$2.75" dust jacket. A nice binding which is straight and tight. Pages toned, and just jacket toned on the inside. Some small tears and chipping to the edges of the DJ, particularly at the head and tail. Adhesive related toning at the inner hinges. Clean inside with no marks on the paste downs or FFEP. Fore-edge is deckled. Stain on the upper left corner of the rear panel of the dust jacket. No photo credit on the author photo. A very clean and nice first print, one of only 75,000. In very good condition for the collector. Hardcover in tan cloth boards with black titling on a red field.
