Description

HARDBACKS - EARLY REPRINTS - All five books are in fine condition, free of any previous owner names or inscriptions. There is a small tape residue mark to the corner of the front and rear end-paper present in each title, else the books look virtually un-read. All five of the dust wrappers are in fine condition. The colours are vivid and bright, with none of the titles having been price clipped. There is a small closed tear to the top corner of the front panel, and to the bottom corner of the front panel regarding the Silver Chair, but overall each of the dust wrappers are in stunning condition considering their age. A previous owner had each of the dust wrapper's protected upon purchase in the 1950's, this may explain the faint tape marks to the corners of each book. A superb looking partial set.

About Prince Caspian

Prince Caspian: The Return to Narnia is a high fantasy novel for children by C. S. Lewis, published by Geoffrey Bles in 1951. It was the second-published of seven novels in The Chronicles of Narnia (1950–1956), although it is volume four in recent editions, which are sequenced according to the novels' internal chronology. In the story, Peter, Susan, Edmund, and Lucy are transported back to Narnia, where they aid Prince Caspian in his struggle for the throne against his corrupt uncle, King Miraz.
