Fine unmarked copy of this controversial book by Burroughs. This is the First Edition, First State of the book showing the Original $6.00 price on the inside front flap, and no roman numeral on the spine near the back panel. Book appears unread and is spotless throughout. Jacket shows original price and only minor wear to the top edge at the spine and one small 1/16 inch tear to the top edge of the jacket on the front panel. Overall a beautiful copy of a very scarce and important work. Only 3500 copies of the first edition were supposedly printed. A true collector's copy.
