"The Lottery" by Shirley Jackson 1949 - First Edition, First Printing Vintage Hardcover Book with Original & Facsimile Dust Jackets 8 1/4" x 5 3/4" 306 Pages The original jacket is in very poor condition with rips, tears and missing sections. The original jacket is now protected with a removable Mylar cover. Also included is a facsimile dust jacket that is in new condition and covered with a removable Mylar cover. The hardcover book is in good minus condition, free from rips, tears, bends, and writing. The previous owner's name is written in black ink on the front free end page. There is light staining to the front and back end pages. The boards are in good minus condition with minimal wear and light edge fading. The binding is tight and square.
