Title pages printed in two colours. Embellished with portrait, tinted full-page illustrations etched on to vellum paper, as well as head and tail pieces. Publisher's binding of quarter vellum over grey paper-covered sides, vellum tipped corners, raven and column decoration in gilt, t.e.g, others untrimmed. Contents clean, deckle edges gently toned, minor wear to covers with light, uniform ageing, discreet repair to crown of volume four. Very good indeed. A superb production presented in a decorative binding.
