Lovely set of 5 Volumes: Emma - vii, 395pp; Sense and Sensibility - xii, 308pp; Mansfield Park - viii, 396pp; Northanger Abbey and Persuasion - vii, 206pp, (ii), 216pp; Pride and Prejudice - viii, 336pp; Finely bound by Rivi�re. Not dated but c1930 each volume has a full-page tissue guarded colour frontispiece illustration by C E Brock, 1907/9, top edge gilt, marbled end papers, contermporary half blue calf with blue cloth, spines with raised bands and gilt lettering and decoration. Uniform sunning to spine with the slightest shelf wear. Previous owners name/date on rear of ffep in Pride and Prejudice. no inscriptions in other volumes. All seem unread. Gift quality.
