A decent copy of Cormac McCarthy's first novel entitled: The Orchard Keeper. This book is a First Edition and Second Printing as noted on the copyright page. The book is listed in Near Fine Condition. It is square & tight with no major flaws. Pages are clean and free of writing or markings. Tips sharp, topstain still present. This book has NO remainder mark. Would be fine but for a small mark on front panel. The jacket is in Fair condition - is still bright, no fading to the spine (common to this title). The front flap is detached from the main panel per publisher over-scoring of the gutter. Notable chips on the front upper panel, spine top and bottom, and a few closed tears on the rear panel. Jacket is NOT price clipped and still retains original $4.95 price. Despite the noted flaws, the book Still presents rather nicely.
