The Arion Press edition of Chandler's classic novel. This edition was limited to 425 copies and printed by Andrew Hoyem. Lou Stoumen, the photographer, has signed the copy below his contribution notes printed in the back of the book. Stoumen was a two time Academy Award winner in the documentary category. Small 4to, 249pp, (i), in publisher's white plastic covers and spine with cloth hinge. Titles and decoration in green/white on spine and front. A fine copy in the original cardboard box.
