Octavo, six volumes, each illustrated by Sidney H. Sime, cloth backed boards. The first volume has an eight line poem in Dunsany's hand and all volumes signed by him on the half title page. Front hinges cracked on the first four volumes, there are light abrasions to front paste-downs of all volumes where a label or bookplate has been removed, spines of all volumes tanned, corners and spine ends of all volumes are worn with some loss of paper at corners. The original box is not present. Overall, a good set which is rarely found signed by Dunsany. (18682).

Published in 1906, Time and the Gods expands the mythos that Lord Dunsany began in The Gods of Pegāna, filled with rich narratives of mythical deities and cosmic adventures.
