Very large hardcover in its original custom clamshell box. One of the finest of the recent Folio Society limited editions. Dark brown box with a nice red label on the spine, stamped in gold. The book is bound in red paper over boards, with vellum spine and corners. Front cover stamped with illustration by Brockway. The book is still wrapped in the tissue paper that it was delivered in. Decorative endpapers. Original signed print bound in at the front, numbered 740 and signed by Harry Brockway. Title page dated MMX. Printed on Cordier Wove (good paper). Title page is hand-set and printed, and the gold stamping on the cover and spine is real gold. A limited edition of 1000 copies, of which this is number 740. Measures about 11 x 14 inches. The original Folio Society receipt for $875 is tucked inside the box, from December of 2011. No longer available from the Folio Society (sold out). At the time of this listing, there is only one other copy being offered in the US. Excellent condition. Extra shipping will be required, because this is a big, heavy, volume.
