An expertly recovered ex-library copy, the page across from the front pastedown has been removed and bleached by a professional book conservator and professionally reattached. The only remaining ex-library indications are the wear to the bottom boards, and tape shadow to upper and lower front and back covers. Tape was professionally removed and there is no residue or scarring of any kind. The shadow, however, remains. IN PATAGONIA by Bruce Chatwin received the 1978 Hawthornden Prize and the 1979 E. M.
