IN THE NIGHT KITCHEN, Harper & Row, 1970, first edition, fine in just about fine full color pictorial dust-wrapper with like illustrations on virtually every page. INSCRIBED by the author/artist in 1974. (The silver Caldecott Honor Book sticker is indeed on the front dust-wrapper panel which does not alter the fact that this is indeed the first printing of this title as it meets all the requirements as such in the bibliography. The presence of this sticker indicates only that this copy remained unreleased to the public when the award was given).
