First edition, 12th print, signed to a Bloomsbury Children's Books bookplate stuck to the front paste-down endpaper. The book is in lovely condition, with no bumps to the boards and still sharp corners. No pushing to the spine foot or spine tip. No sunning to the boards. A sharp copy, the book is internally very clean and fresh, unmarked. No marks to the text block. The book has a very slight lean; there is a small crease/wrinkle to the top right corner of the bookplate. The jacket is not price-clipped and has no sunning to the spine. No marks to the verso of the jacket and no tears. A handsome copy.
