Original rose-brown cloth, professionally and almost invisibly rebacked, preserving almost all of the original spines (no loss of gilt stamping). Boards blocked in blind and with gilt-stamped rose window designs as central devices. Spines lettered and decoratively blocked in gilt. Edges uncut.
