First edition thus, 1920. The authorised translation by Robert W. Lawson. Frontispiece of Einstein and diagrams throughout. Page edges foxed and endpapers unevenly browned. Two inscriptions on front free endpaper, one dated 1920 and the other dated 1942. Some mathematical calculations in pencil on the rear endpaper. Inner hinges cracked, still firmly attached. Publishers red cloth with light rubbing to the top and bottom of the spine. Top corners lightly bumped. The gilt lettering on the spine is tarnished. Some general marking, else very good copy. Scarce. 138 p.
