Page 275 misnumbered as page 27. Bounded by Burn and co, sticker to rear endpaper. Decorative endpapers and pastedowns. Rough-cut pages are lightly tanned with mild foxing. Slightly more pronounced to text block edges. Noticeable cracking to hinges and gutters, however boards and pages remain firmly attached. Annotations with various notes and inscriptions throughout. Text is unaffected. Boards have noticeable edge wear with corner bumping. Moderate tanning to spine and edges with some crushing to spine ends. Gilt lettering is bright and clear. Water staining to fore edge of front board. Faint markings and staining overall. Book has a slight forward lean.
