Later sheets were used (11th printing), being issued in a special leather binding. The remaining two titles followed as limited first editions. The reader's guide completes the set. Not to be confused with the uniform cloth-bound signed limited edition set, which was limited to 1000 copies of each title and was issued without slip-cases.
