This TRUE FIRST EDITION is bound in the ORIGINAL cloth from the publisher with NO restoration. Re-bound copies sell for far less, and unsophisticated copies like this one are scarce. This two volume set is in great shape. Both books have tight bindings with NO leaning or cocking. The boards are crisp with light wear to the edges. The pages are clean in both books, with NO writing, marks or bookplates in the books. Overall, a wonderful set seldom seen in this nice condition. We buy Bronte First Editions.
