Original pictorial boards, good condition, with mild surface wear and rubbing from general use. Pages generally clean, a couple with small corner creases, a few spots of soil and some cracking in the gutter of a couple pages. The title page is somewhat out of registration. Good+ condition. The true first edition in hardcover of Parrish's most famous work.
