The Folio Society 2002 seventh print, limited to 1750 copies, of which this is number 1732. Beautifully quarter bound in Wassa goatskin leather and fine hand woven Indian silk. Slipcase also bound in Wassa goatskin leather and with gilt lettering and decorative design by John Andrew to the front of the slipcase and spine of the book. The book has top edge gilt and a silk page ribbon. There are maps for endpapers, with Thror's map at the front and a map of Wilderland at the back, plus several intricate illustrations by Eric Fraser. Bound by Smith Settle of Otley, Yorks. A stunning book in near fine condition. There are some very minor imperfections to the Indian silk sides, simply as a result of it being hand woven. Firm binding, bright gilt, square, clean, no inscriptions.
