First edition published by George Allen & Unwin Ltd in 1967. This is a very near fine copy. Without a dustwrapper as issued. The boards have no wear. The spine is straight and the binding square and firm. There are no issues with the laminate and no wear to the corners or spine ends. The pages are very clean without previous owner's ink.
