In printed green wrappers and the oversized pictorial dust-jacket, rubber-stamped 'Proof Only' etc. on inside front flap in purple ink, with minor variations to the blurb on rear flap over the published version. Light dampstaining to book and jacket, more so to rear cover, some wear/dustiness to unsupported areas of jacket. Very good. One of just 500 copies.
