Some light water stain spotting to the rear cover and some very light foxing spots to endpapers, very slight lean, otherwise a VG+ copy. Decorative bookplate of the collector and author Stanley Austin (author of "A History of Engraving") to the front pastedown and a gift inscription from Burke to Austin dated January 1926 to the front free endpaper. Scarce.
