This is by far the most difficult First Edition of the HUGO winners to find and SIGNED copies even more difficult. Shelf 1110. Dust Jacket in excellent NEAR FINE condition with no marks, no stickers, no stamps with a quarter inch closed tear at bottom corner of spine and front cover. A previous bookstore has stamped their name once on an early page.The FREP has had a sticker removed leaving a rough surfaceThe book & DJ are bright, square, clean tight. It appears unread. laid in is a typed, dated, signed postcard from author Clifford Simak addressed to the book dealer in Baltimore from whom I purchased the book and signed postcard in 1982.
