The publisher soon ran out of the frontispiece illustration and subsequent issues do not include the frontispiece. No printed title page. The frontispiece and title page are heavily foxed around the edges. Some foxing in places, but generally a lovely clean copy. All the pages and colour printed plates are complete. Bound in a contemporary half green calf with marbled paper boards. Exterior generally darkened, some chipping to marbled paper edges & some general rubbing.
